@brad-owen – I’m not going to update you with news from every poker session I play but I wanted to thank you for boosting my bank balance on Friday at the first cash game I’ve played since watching your vlogs. I couldn’t get a seat at the £1/£2 game at my local casino but they set up a 25p/50p (small fry, I know) game at the side. I somehow managed to buy in for £200 even though it was supposed to be £50 max. I channeled my inner Brad for 3 hours and came away £172 up, which is pretty huge relative to the blinds I think. Your insight really helped me a lot and I loved every minute of the game – apart from losing with A/K v one guy’s J/6 shove. Flopping quad 4s and getting max value was a bonus. Thanks again.
