Instantly regretted my fold, Villain was an unknown and for some reason mucked. Pretty bad right?

Tough spot. Wet board that hits the range of your opponents fairly hard. Good chance that someone has two pair plus. Might be a check-call situation to the turn.

I agree with Matt. I might have called turn to reevaluate river.

Villain uses the paired board as a scare card (it might have hit him, he leads out into 2 players, looks strong) but at the same time there’s now 2 flush draws, there’s also pair+draw and/or combo draws in their ranges, imo.

Good thing is, you now counterfeit T7 😉

It certainly looks like a tight fold (imho) but at the same time, you might easily be beat, and if not, pretty much half the deck is gonna give a scary river (hearts, clubs, 6-7-8-T-J maybe Q ; well that’s more like 3/4 of the deck) hehe. And even if the river is a safe card, and villain bets again, it’s gonna be a real tough spot.
