1-2 turn play with nut flush

I had bought in for 100 and built my stack to 225 calling light on a read a couple times and having the nuts the others. The main villain in the hand is very lag raising pre with any two. He was waiting for the 2-5 or 5-10 to open up.

Should I have just called the turn to entice the third player to come along? Or should I get it in now so someone with a set has to pay to catch a boat?

Thoughts opinions?

I don’t remember the Villains other card I assumed he had KK but being as lag as he was he could have had any kc-x. He was in a gambling mood even stating during his tank. I didn’t come here to fold. I turned over the AQ before the river. he said Oh the nuts then flashed the Kc to me while mucking after the river.
