1/2 NL $300 max, fairly new game.

I had TsTc in the bb and about ($300). 4 limpers to me, I raised to $12. MP calls ($70) and cutoff call ($200)

    Flop Th2c6c
    I led for $17, call,call

    Turn 5h
I bet $50, MP call (all-in for less after declaring out loud “Well I have outs”), CO call

    River 4h
I decided to bet $100 to target 2 pair and other sets (Thinking since MP announced he was on a draw, CO must have a made hand).

Cutoff calls and has 2h3h for the backdoor baby flush.

SHOULD I HAVE CHECKED THE RIVER?…and do I call if he bets the river after I check?

I didn’t factor in any heart combos other than 6h7h or any 3 other than the 3c4c.

    Hi Trent,

With 4 limpers I like raising larger, maybe to $18-20.

The flop and turn are fine to me.

The river seems like a definite bet. I think checking is giving up way too much $ since you’re only losing to a 3 or hearts that got there and there really shouldn’t be many of those in your opponent’s range while also getting value from slow-played sets, maybe 65 that floated the flop and ocassionally a crying call from a T?
Limp calling 23hh there is definitely a losing play. If you do decide to check for some reason you absolutely need to call a bet.

Let me know if you disagree at all.

    Thanks!
