Call for bounty or fold for tournament life?

Hello,
I played a 75+25€ bounty tournament in my local casino (starting stack 6000 chips)
13/60 left, 6 get paid. Most of the player are pretty short, me as well.
I’m dealt Q5s in BB w/ 8bb
folds around to SB who shoves for 3.5bb
Is this a clear fold or call? Is there a chart for blind vs. blind situations like that?

PS: I ended up calling and losing against A9o…
