    Hi y’all. I’m a rec player that has been playing of and on since 2011. I love playing tournaments and I’m considering playing my first WSOP event this summer. I’m looking for some advice. I’m considering either the Monster Stack or the Millionaire Maker. I’m wondering about playing day 1a or 1b? Advantages/disadvantages to either way?
    Decent place to stay in Vegas?
    What do y’all do during downtime during a tourney, etc.

    Great question. Same thing for me, first time entering an event, looking to play the Colossus but cant get in till lat on the 3rd so trying to decide if the AM or eve session is what I want. Been to the Rio during the serious but never played, just wondered around. Good luck in your first event

    I have decided to play the Double Stack event this year. I will be entering on Day 2 in order to have some quality time with my girl while she accompanies me for the weekend prior to the event starting. I’m excited, my first ever WSOP event!!! Whoot!!!
