    1/2
Hero in CO w/ JTs eff 100
First hand I get dealt for the night

Three limpers in front of me
I elect to make it 12 too fold out weak/marginal hands
Folds around to the original limpers all three call
    Flop(51)
    785r
Checks to hero who C bets 20
    1 limper folds
Villain jams for just over 100 I believe
I sit and think, I have a gut shot and Backdoor flush, I put him on a small pocket pair that flopped a set.
I elect to fold after some thought.
What do you guys think? Should I have called it off or did I make the right decision in the long run?

Good fold, that board hits more their range than yours.
He check/shove in a multiway pot, I think he got us beat.
Can have 2pairs, sets, made straight, or even (maybe) hands like 65, 76, 86

You have J high, without the pot odds. You were behind for sure, even Q high has you beat.

With pot odds, Villains range could be a lot higher. Any combination of set or two pair is feasible.

I could add more info, but fold is your best option.
