I’ve been playing poker seriously for a little under a year and just graduated college. I was very successful playing against my college buddies throughout the year merely being able to read strength vs. weakness pretty well. Most were actually decent players and had some casino experience as well. However since recently graduating, I’ve had a much tougher time at cash games at casinos near me and even feel as the younger one at the table, both my pre and post-flop raises seem to merit less respect. I’ve also been off my game playing a little more afraid with $200 behind me at a $1/2 game relative to the $.50/$1 $50 buy in games I would play with my buddies.

Without details it sounds like you need to look at your starting hand ranges and really pay attention to position. There is plenty of material on YouTube. Live play with people you don’t know is very different than playing with your buddies.
