Always been good at poker but just recently started to actually put the study work in. Living by trial and error on your own can get pricey. Ive gained a decent ability to read people through all of that but that only goes so far and I sat with some really really good people in vegas…. twisted me up and I left a little poorer but also very very curious about what happened and why. I am here to work on defining my ranges and freq a little but mostly putting others on better ranges. Also guilty of boredom play which was my biggest leak for a long time. I would sit.. stack up 4 to 10x then get bored with the pace and open my range up alittle bit…. ive given more back then I want to admit

Hi William. I think we’ve all been there and are guilty of it. It is a good thing that you are aware of it, while others are not and continue to make the same leaks. It’s important to stay discipline, especially when you are card dead or bored.

Player tendencies are important, but I think it’s much more important to focus on playing optimally. It sounds like that is what happened in Vegas.

Study hard and get feedback on your plays if you can. Would love to see you post hands here and help you improve your game.

Good luck and run good out there
