    Hello everyone,

First of all, I just wanted to say thanks to Brad Owen and his brother, Matt, for setting up this site for the poker community.

I figured I would take a moment to introduce myself to everyone. My name is Jeff, I’m a 31 year old part time poker player (with plans of becoming a full time player), I’m primarily a cash game player as I don’t like tournaments very much, I have an AA in accounting, I spent my youth growing up both in the Pacific Northwest and Northern Nevada where I graduated from Pershing County High School in Lovelock, Nevada in 2004. I currently reside in my hometown of Bellingham, Washington, which is a nice place to live but not the greatest in terms of poker. I first started playing poker illegally in Reno, Nevada at age 20 where I used a fake ID to play 3-6LHE at the Sands Recency. Living in Northern California when I turned 21, I continued to play limit holdem at Cache Creek Casino, Capital Casino, San Pablo casino (RIP poker room), and Twin Pine Casino and proceeded to get completely destroyed. I took a very long hiatus from poker before returning to the game in 2014 where I resumed playing limit but at the 4-8, 6-12 and 10-20 levels. After deciding to study game theory and get coaching, my results have improved drastically to the point where I am making just as much playing part time as I do at my full time regular job. I recently have began playing 1-3 NLH and am still very new to the whole no limit scene, but so far I am really enjoying it! You guys will see me from time to time on this site to check in, post hands, respond to questions, say hello, etc. I pretty much eat, sleep and breath poker now days—this game is my passion. I’m always down to talk poker, give my insight and gain insight from others as well. Best of luck to everyone on the felt!

    -Jeff-
