first sorry for my english, I will do my best, second hello to all of you poker players,
right now I subscribe because im in a hurry for a quick tip, tonight i have the final day of a local tournament, not too big, it was like 100 players, but a lot of re entries and add on.
well, the money is only for the final 8, we are 27 for today.

the thing is the blinds will start from 4k-8k with an ante of 1k, I have 72k, less than 10bb…

what is the minimum hand to shove all in, obviously if there is no action before me.
for the record a love tournaments more than cash and I think I play pretty decent, but alway im in this kind of situation, i never have the big stack.

well hope to see any tip before tonight and thanks in advance. and by the way, Brad and andrew you are great, I already watched all your episodes.

Personally I ignore the charts of shove, fold. I instead choose to be situationally aware. I also do everything I can to ever feel panic. Panic feelings lead to poor decisions. If there’s a weak spot (or more) behind me that is afraid to call, I will shove no matter my holdings. If I get a traditionally shovable hand, I will shove. If a player has nitty image and they are in the pot, I won’t risk my chips pre-flop (without premium holdings). Might not be optimal poker but in my mind works for me in tourneys and it’s something I’m comfortable with. That’s the most important part, you need to be comfortable with your strategy and tactics. Good luck.

PS, you can easily google the push fold, shove fold hands – if you want to go that way.

    thanks chuck,
in the end thats what I did,…waited for the best position posible…just picked up in one round the antes and blinds..then all card dead..

then I had like 6bb..a limper (that ususally limps fold if there was a raise) I shove with A6 diamonds on the button, big blind tanks a lot, he had like less than 1o bb..calls…
the limper fold, big blind KJ off…board 445-6-K..and thats it.

but very thankfull for your response, cheers.
