    Here’s the situation:

I’m on the button blinds are 300/600/75

I’ve got about 22bb and it folds to the CO who shoves with 5400.

I look down at KQo. This is a shove according to the shove chart with no action pre…. But if I call and lose I’m super short.

    Ultimately I fold. Thoughts?

“This is a shove according to the shove chart with no action pre”

… but there was action pre 😉 CO shoved.

It depends on how wide this villain could do that… I have no problem with the fold with the stack you had.

    Just for fun, I calculated KQo vs a ss open-shoving range. I gave him 22+ A2s+ A2o+, K7s+, Q7s+, J7s+, K9o+, Q8o+, J9o+ and a few suited (or offsuit) connectors (that’s top 38% of hands)
    and you’re basically flipping (51.5/48.5)

I use the mobile app Poker Cruncher (like a pokerstove for phone)
