Hey there!
Played this 2/5 game yesterday. HJ raises to $25, I’m on a CO with QsTs, I call, BB goes all-in for $42 total, so $17 to call. We both call and flop comes 8c10cJs.
At this point me and the HJ both have about $350 behind. He bets $50 and I call. Turn is an interesting card – Ks giving us backdoor straightflushdraw. He checks.
Do you guys jam here for your remaining $300? Take down the sidepot and go to showdown with the all-in guy for the main pot?
I decided to go for a check, river is not a good card – Kc. We both check and he shows AJ. I’m thinking i could of get him to fold on turn, but I’m not sure if that would of been the right move.
