2/5, 1000$ eff, 7 handed, utg limps, MP opens to 25$, button calls, im in sb with AcQs and decided to 3bet to 115$, MP calls and we’re heads up, flop is 652chc, with the backdoor flushdraw, 2 overs I decided to cbet 125$, intending on barreling any club A-K-Q, he calls, turn is the best card in the deck, Qc, I can’t imagine him having many flush in this spot probably just JT-T9-98-87 and he may play 87 and 98 more aggressively on the flop. Anyways, I bet 240$ and he tank/called, river is the 4d and I checked, not because I thought I was beat but I thought it would be hard to get paid. The more I think about it the more I hate my check on the river, every hand that i beat will check back and the few that beats me will bet and I wasn’t gonna fold it anyways so…live and learn I guess.
