    1/3 no limit 6 handed

At this point there is an extreme amount of folding going on everyone at the table not playing really much of hands and the UTG is who I am looking to get involved with.

    UTG open to 7 (500)

    I UTG+1 call Jh9h (210)

    Button and BB call

    The flop comes Qh2c7s

    checks through on the flop

    turn is the 10h

UTG bets 20 and I call the others fold

    river brings the 4h

I asks how much I have and jams for 185 3x pot

(He has played extremely odd getting it all in with marginal hands at times, he is the fun player.)

    Call or fold?

    call.
Are you really worried he has a better flush here? If he somehow does play a crazy runner runner flush here (with something like AX, or AK), i really dont think he jams all in with the nutsor even K high flush (but is he really opening with K8h or worse???). One would think he would bet for value something smaller. I mean its $185 into a $68 pot. I think a $40-$45 bet looks more scary than a jam. To me it feels like he has a mid strength hand, or a complete bluff. Both of which your flush beats.

AKh is the only hand that makes sense that you lose to. and if he is jamming with this, its a very unusual play from someone who hates money.
