It’s 5 handed ,on the sb experienced pro ,he plays tight some orbits before he attack my blind x4 I defend and try to balance my range haven’t 3b him on his attack , because I think I have a postflop edge agg him with the history we have.its 5-5 I have 550 ,he’s got 260 folds around its SB vs BB spot,he opens to 20 I picked up AcKd and stick to my strategy and just flat, flop comes Ah2c7d ,he cb 35 into 40 ,I have a note that he cb big with his value range ,I call turn 8d and he bets 85 into 110 with 100 behind ,I have some history with this plr I have seen him before in similar spot he likes to go in check call mode on turn with one pair hand and check call or check decide on river, also I haven’t seen him go out of line and make some moves and we have played like 10 sessions by now,so I think if I call on turn I must call down on river or if I shove the only hands that if I get called that I am ahead are Aj,AQ,or AK for a chop,so I went with my read and put him on better then one pair A7,A8,77,2-2,A-2,and opted to take low variance and fold.so my question is because my handstrength is disqiuesed should I had take iniative on flop and raise and take different line or pflop different line.thanks in advance for the opinions and sorry for my english.gl to all at the tables.

I’m new to live… however; I doubt an experienced pro is playing only 50bb deep. 10 sessions of live might not actually amount to too many hands vs the opponent; which is something to be mindful of when you are making reads.

If you want him to value bet wrose, c/c on the dry flop seems totally fine.
