Suggestions for must play tourneys in LV?

I’m heading to Las Vegas in January to celebrate my birthday by being a completely responsible adult, a model citizen, and a perfect gentleman…ish… Anyway, I’ve been looking up the daily tournaments at the various rooms and trying to put together a list of the ones I’m gonna play. Looks to be ample tourneys with buy ins ranging from $60-$125 but I can’t really decide what I wanna hit based on that alone. Over the weekend I’m there I’ll definitely play at either the Venetian or the Wynn as those have the highest advertised guarantees, but as far as daily tourneys go does anybody have any recommendations that they would consider a “must play” tourney? Based on anything that draws you to it, from the buy in amount, the value, the blind structures, the pay outs, or simply the fun. Or on the flip side, any I should avoid?
