Personally I take a more conservative line here. Although a 7 wasn’t toooo likely given the preflop action, suited A7 makes sense the whole way. If you had the 7, you would check the flop to induce, and he might check back with it too or bet a draw. I know it sucks to give a free street here, but it would give you good info.
