Mike,
I could not pull the trigger for the longest time, but finally did pull it about 7 months ago.I started with a very small amount in BTC, ETH and LTC. I found I was price watching all day long and freaking out over every dip and rise in price. I ended up dumping everything and making about a 25% profit.
After that I was hesitant to reinvest because I could not handle the daily swings, but after watching a big rise in price for BTC, ETH and LTC and then seeing them stabilize, I realized that if I were to get back in I needed to look at is as a long term investment and not price watch so much as well as educate my self a lot more.
I pulled the trigger again and bought back in with a substantially bigger sum. The prices swing are still there, but in the end the it’s much higher than my initial investment. I have even used crypto to furnish my new house via overstock.com.
In my opinion, if you do pull the trigger, educate yourself, start small, don’t constantly price watch, and hold for the long term. Also, don’t be afraid to use your crypto.
