I would just try to enjoy the experience! Try to be selective and choose the strength of the hands you play according to your position relative to the button. ie. don’t enter a pot in early position with a weak holding. also keep your eye on the blind levels relative to your stack size, if you only have 10-12 big blinds in your stack then pick 2 cards and shove, don’t limp or raise/fold if you find yourself short stacked.

2c5c!! People playing those stakes are more apt to open/call with any 2 cards. Losing $3 means very little to anyone. Playing low stakes games online is complete BINGO. up your game to $1/$2 at the very least! a 3x raise to 12c isnt making any draw fold. LOL
