    Please double check my math.

    66 pot + 40 your bet + 240 his jam = 346 pot

    200 to call / (346 pot + 200 your call – this is important – you must add your call to the denominator here – I did not understand this for a long time but it is correct – see Janda) = .367

    So we need 36.7% equity to make calling a +EV play.

    We have 42.93%, according to PokerCruncher.

    It was the correct call.

    I agree it’s a fold preflop. That said, I think generally it’s good practice to call one bet with a gutter to the nuts on a rainbow board, when all four of your outs are good. You need to get a return of about 10 times the flop bet to realize your implied odds, which is entirely feasible, and when you don’t bink the stone nuts on the turn, it’s easy to get away from.
