    I think this really depends on how tight/how loose your opponent is. Do you really think your oppenent will confidently lead the turn with a worse flush, given your action once the board pairs on the turn? Extremely tough spot on the turn for sure, but by the river it almost sounds like you already know you are going to be shown the bad news. I don’t think I personally could fold either unless I knew my opponent was a complete nit.

    Thank you for the response, I totally agree with you that I butchered the hand pre-flop. The villain almost certainly would have folded to $125 and I would take it down right there.

    Given the way the hand was played, I kinda beat myself up about calling the river just because I lose to so many hands that make reasonable sense other than flush draws. 1010, KJ, AQ, JJ I think are all in his range still.
