i think folding the river is fine your going to have so many stronger hands by the river playing this same line
can you give a bit more info what were the blind levels?
also just a normal raise size would be best im guessing

i dont like how you played the hand by the river your just hoping he is bluffing but he could even be bluffing with a bad diamond which is now actually going to get max value :/
you need to 3bet sometimes pre which you stated which i like
you need to be the flop for value!
turn you now have to just call which you did
river i think you have to call cause of how you played your hand!
the BB can be value betting worse cause of the line you took!
next time just bet the flop so you can start to define peoples ranges and have a better feel for where you are in the hand and you dont get into this sort of spot on the river
i feel you really need to know if you had a busted draw here would you fire a 3rd bullet if the answer is yes then i think you just bet for value as its hard to be beat here but if your someone that will check with the busted draw i like check calling the river
personally i would just be jamming the river if he has 8x gg and you pretty much beat everything else 🙂

i like how you played the hand and its always nice to make the nuts! you can feel pretty confident about your flush draw being live as no one can have Ax of hearts and be getting spewy so thats 1 good thing going for your hand 🙂
im like andrew im not about the maths at all but sometimes when you got a big hand its just time to get it in 🙂
nice hand maybe raise the turn a bit bigger but doesn’t really matter you got him putting in alot of money drawing pretty slim!
im probably folding the turn but when you get to the river you have a snap call as you have the best 1 pair hand you can have!

i like flop/turn/river and on the river when you get check raised i really dont think he is going to have many 7x or boats as its hard to call 2 streets with 7x cause he cant have a FD with it and for boats if he had 75 or 55 or somehow got to the turn with 22 i could only imagine he would be check raising with these hands!
