Tough spot man. To break the hand down:

I would definitely cbet this dry of a flop. Bet small, since the board is very dry and it’s hard to find callers and you don’t have to be afraid of draws most of the time. Furthermore, you’ve got some Ks in your range.

You turn top two. Not sure about the lead, could be good, but I don’t know. Definitely don’t fold to his raise, you have top two. You could even make a case for jamming.

In the river jam you’re being put in a sick spot. He doesnt have a lot of bluffs, since there are no draws. 33 is ofcourse possible, but it’s tough to put someone on one single hand. K8 seems less likely, but you probably know the guy.

I think a fold is fine, since I don’t see what he is doing this with apart from a weird A high hand or something..

I think it’s the right play indeed, especially when the UTG+1 player is as loose as you say. With less then 10 bigs he might even be shoving hands like A5, A6, A7 & A8, which you obviously do very well against. Like Patrick said, you’re just unlucky SB wakes up with a hand.

GG and on to the next one!

In this specific case, the chips are going in almost all of the time I think. If you raise the AK pre, the QQ will probably 3bet and you are inclined to 4bet jam, since there’s no point of calling the 3bet and having to fold to any non A or K flop facing a jam.

That being said, I think you will be losing an enormous amount of value most of the time here.
Like Watson said, raising is enough here. Especially at a tight table, a 3,5-4x raise should do the trick already. By ripping 30 bigs in straight away you force hands like AT+ that are to act behind you (and might even 3bet) to fold. You obviously want hands like these to call you preflop, for you to be able to extract more value or force them out of the hand when you and them miss the flop.

The limper will probably call a raise even more often, since he’s already put chips in the pot and you are of course far ahead of his range.

In summary, I understand you do not have a pair and might not be willing to bluff postflop since you already play only 30bb, but AK is just too good of a hand to openjam 30 bigs and make opponents fold hands that your AK does very well against.
