I was having one of the best nights of my young poker life playing 2/3 NL at Hollywood Park in 2008 or so. Bought in for $100 and have a little more than $800 sitting in front of me. A good portion of those were from a loud drunk who usually had a drink in one hand and the other around one of his two girls. He had about $1500 in front of him. I catch KK in middle position and I 3 bet an early position raiser to $100. Drunk player is informed it’s his action by the dealer, and goes all in blind. Early position quickly folds and I snap call even quicker. I slam my cowboys down as the dealer deals out K 10 7 rainbow, I get cheers. I even get a high five from a player I had stacked earlier, this guy is so hated at the table. The turn and the river are 5 and 4. The drunk gives a whatever shrug and flips over his 36 for the straight. I didn’t play poker for at least 2 months after that.

Lol, that’s a rough one. I’ve definitely had similar things happen to me as well.
