n lower limits like 4/8 or 8/16 what do you do with pocket pairs 6s or lower if everyone folds to you? Most hands go to show down and your pocket pair usually won’t be good on it’s own.
Depends on how many fold to me and how aggressive or passive the table is. If its passive, i raise. If its aggressive, i call or fold. If half the table folds to me, i call and am prepared to call a raise. If i am later position, i raise. I dont think there is a cut and dry answer. Table dynamics and position play a large part in my raise, call or fold pre.
Tiny pocket pairs in limit as you said dont hold up often, and its only one pair, and bottom set does get cracked often enough for you to be wary.
