Hi Cody,
I highly recommend getting “The Mental Game” by Jared Tendler. That book will help you out a lot more than I can. There’s not a ton you can do other than either get comfortable in those situations knowing that sometimes you’ll win big and sometimes you’ll lose some or all of it back. That’s just the nature of it. If you’re consistently running up big stacks early on in the day, then it sounds like you’re one of the better players and you shouldn’t necessarily shy away from the game playing bigger. Ultimately you’ll want to be playing in larger and deeper stack games as you progress. I recommend pushing yourself out of your comfort zone bit by bit. Perhaps once you start feeling uncomfortable, stay for 15 mins extra the first day, then 30 mins, then 45, etc. This is typically my strategy when I’m moving up in stakes too.
